Prof. Dr. Prakash Divakaran is a distinguished scholar, administrator, and research mentor whose academic journey spans more than three decades. With a strong foundation in Commerce, Management, Economics, and Supply Chain Management, he has consistently contributed to higher education, institutional governance, and global knowledge exchange.

At present, he serves as the Vice Chancellor of Himalayan University, Arunachal Pradesh, where he leads with a vision to nurture academic excellence, strengthen research ecosystems, and promote international collaborations. Beyond his university leadership role, he is the Founder & CEO of Infinite Global Research Conference Pvt. Ltd. (GRCF)—an initiative that has brought together scholars worldwide through international conferences and research forums.

Holding advanced degrees including M.Com, MBA, M.Phil, and a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management, Prof. Dr. Divakaran is a recognized research supervisor and examiner, guiding doctoral and postgraduate scholars. His expertise lies in Higher Education Leadership, Strategic Management, International Business, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Over the years, he has supervised numerous research scholars, published academic articles, and played a leading role in organizing conferences across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He is a strong advocate of industry-academia partnerships, skill-based education, and employability-driven programs.
